Kaishan OGWD Series Oil-free Screw Air Compressor

Kaishan OGWD series oil-free water-injected single-screw air compressors adopt three-line meshing technology and a patented non-equal width tooth design, and apply proprietary processing technology to overcome the low viscosity of water, maintaining high volumetric efficiency. The compression process achieves near-isothermal compression through water spray atomization cooling. The main unit operates at a medium speed of approximately 3000 rpm, utilizing rolling bearings with balanced screw forces and low loads. Metal parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, and the star wheels are made of high-grade engineering plastic PEEK, which is wear-resistant and anti-corrosive. All core components are precision-machined using special machine tools. An advanced sealing system combining mechanical seals, air curtain chambers, labyrinth seals, and bypass passages ensures the highly reliable operation of the main unit.
The product has obtained ISO 8573.1 Class 0 certification, meeting your demands for high-quality oil-free compressed air.
